Weekly Status

Weekly Status – 9/18

Here we go for the second week.

My facebook posts from 9/12-9/18.

9/13 - Watching Pastor Ron’s sermon from Sunday since we missed service… Of all days to miss, he spoke on loss, death, pain… This struck me, “God often brings pain in your life to bring Him glory through your life”. I think I just found my mission statement… And let me just say, I love Gcom Church…

9/14 - Help! I have a Piranha! What do I do to make El stop biting?!? I don’t really think she does it to be mean, but I can’t be certain… She is MINE, after all.

9/15 - Chances are, I’m missing you. Wishing I could hear your voice… What I’d give for one more phone call. One more hour. One more day.

9/16Passing them on, because Mama said so… Mama made me a cookbook I think for Christmas ’08, and she told Andrew he’d never get anything cooked out of it because I cried sooooo much when I opened it. I still cry every time. One of my most treasured items. Little did we know she & CJ would be taken 2 days before the next Christmas

Making MawMaw’s Mississippi Mud Cake. But in the form of cupcakes :)
how people treat you is their karma. how you react is YOURS…
9/17 - Has had a great day filled to the brims with family, food, brothers & sisters in Christ whom I don’t know, more food, and new friends!!!
9/18 – Another awesome day full of family and more new friends! God is good!

Weekly Status – 9/11

I was thinking it would make for a weekly post if I posted my random facebook status’ each week from the previous week. My close friends and family that can actually see them on facebook may think this is ridiculous, but it’s a way to document my thoughts more securely… And to let everyone else (who I don’t know in real life) get a glimpse of what is (or was) on my mind…

So here goes week one. Sept 5 – Sept 11

9/6 Why must the weather change and make everyone sick? I’m NOT a fan of cold, rainy, GLOOMY weather. Not at all. I think my favorite beach in Antigua is calling my name… UGH!

9/9 Here’s a sample of a few Halloween products that are made… And there’s another album with other bows that have been made (but not listed) yet…

At 7:30p, A told me he needed a baby gift by 5:30am… What’s a girl to do? Make a baby gift! And it didn’t cost a penny! (more on this coming soon)

Anybody know what’s going on? Fire truck, ambulance, and now 2 or 3 police have went zooming by… Never a good thing :(

9/10 God made no mistake when he gave me a baby girl. And he gave me one that liked to play dress up as much as her Mommy!!!! Lovelovelove my girl!

My Blue-Eyed Princess :)

washer/dryer is going. dishwasher is going. sewing machine is on. glue gun is hot. ribbon is everywhere. top is off the paint. e6000 glue is out. pictures & glass are out of frames. gift is all wrapped up. baby & daddy are sleeping. bag is being packed for tomorrow’s mandatory fun day w/ the army. WHY do I start so many “projects” at once, when I have so many other things that need to be done?

9/11 Let us never forget…

Being in Ft Knox sure brings back a LOT of great memories! Seeing our old 300tt zx brings back even more… Good thing cars can’t talk :)

Awesome dinner with my bffl and my handsome new E6! So proud of him :)
