This week’s praises:

• The sun finally showed it’s face yesterday and today!
• Monday will mark 2 weeks GF and I feel great!
• Dennis Adcock is home from the hospital (but rec’ving chemo)
• Jade turned two Friday!
• He continues to provide! I sold another window job Friday!

Oh, I’m sure there’s so many more…

Lord God, I pray that you open my eyes to recognize your many blessings. And, I thank you for all of the numerous things you have blessed me with. Thank you for my wonderful family, my home, our jobs, transportation, shelter, and resources. Thank you for our health, our great friends, but most of all thank you for Jesus! For his life and death!

In continuation of my first week’s blessings, let me add this weeks.

• My li’l (but big) brother safely made the trip from TN to RI for a mission trip with our home church. They had a great week & now he is spending the rest of summer with me!
• I got to see my niece & nephew this week. Even though it was just over webcam, it was special. Cayden kept saying “Come here, I want to see you” and it kind of broke my heart. I love them both to pieces!
• Although we found out on Wednesday that my father-in-law had prostate cancer, the doctors are saying it is 100% treatable and that he should be cancer free in six months!
• My husband is home after an extended drill weekend!
• After beginning my gluten free diet on Monday I feel soo much better. No more aches & pains.

So, I thought I would take a moment from this rainy day to praise The Creator for a few things. In fact, I think I may try to do this each Saturday or Sunday.

It’s so easy to get caught up in the daily grind & all of the other prayer requests to truly thank God for all the big and li’l things he has given us throughout the week.

• A baby cousin of mine was born and released from NICU this week after suffering w/ jaundice!
• Andrew & I got our full time hours back & half of the pay that was taken away in January due to the economy!
• My dad found a full time job after being laid off in December!
• My brother-in-law, his wife, & their 8 month old daughter have started going to church!
• I sold a big window job which will transfer into an extra $580 this pay period in commission! (He continues to provide for us!)

• The rain (although it hasn’t stopped in days) which makes the plants & flowers grow.
• My beautiful family & the life that Andrew & I have created with each other.
• Andrew in general. He is truly my very best friend and the second best man (surpassed only by Paw-Paw) I’ve ever known.
• All the things we take for granted, like my transportation, electricity, water, my home, etc.
• My health & the health of my family.
• My family. I have one of the best sets of parents ever. And, a pretty cool li’l brother too.
