It’s no secret how much I adore Lindsey from The Pleated Poppy! She was one of the first bloggers I ever started following (several years ago, now)! And I have always wanted to do one of her WIWW link-ups, but honestly, I am the most self-conscious person you know. And to be really honest, 95% of my time is spent in yoga pants and a tank top! Which is kind of the whole idea behind What I Wore Wednesday: to get mom’s out of their mommy uniform and make them feel good!
So without further ado: My first What I Wore Wednesday Posts {Vegas Style}!

- I didn’t take pictures wearing every outfit, but here you can see a few of them! Grainy Instagram style!
I rarely shop at walmart of the dollar store, but for some reason had to run in both places the week before my trip. And I’m actually thankful I did! I got several new outfits for about $50! And I got sooo many compliments on all of my jewelry and accessories! Given the right accessories you can transform nearly any outfit – dress it up or down! Adding heels or the right sandals also has a huge impact! No super spendy outfits in this girl’s budget right now! Because of quality and price, I usually buy most of my clothes at NY&CO or Kohls! And Speaking of Kohls, they are offering my readers a 10% discount on all online purchases until August 24! Get on that, ladies! ENTER Just go to kohls.com and use the code UBLOGTEN at checkout!
In the top pictures you will see that I put all of my outfits on metal hangers (now, the hanger type doesn’t matter, but I have so many extra metal hangers that I wouldn’t be upset about leaving 1 of them behind). Then, I put my jewelry in a ziplock bag, punch a hole in the top and put it right on the hanger! They fit right inside my luggage, and I don’t have to do a lot of unpacking once I get to my destination. I just throw the hangers in the closet! Actually, I stayed at a friend’s house the first night of my trip, so I took an over-the-door hook just incase she didn’t have a spare closet for me. No more tangled jewelry mess. No more trying to figure out what I’m going to wear with what when I sleep late and am in a rush! So easy! I have to thank my friend Erin for the great idea! It definitely saved me a lot of time in the mornings! And made packing much easier!

I have a very hard time finding clothes or cute dresses that have a sleve I do not show my upper arms. I seem to stay in t-shrts and jeans/yoga pants:(
Me TOO
You look amazing! I like all your outfit ^_^

Did you get that sparkly walmart tank recently?
You should totally take your pictures and link up. I think many of the post-ers feel the same self-consciousness. However, it is freeing and it’s a totally supportive environment. Plus I think you have lots to share when it comes to style. I hope you keep linking up!
Aww. Jaima your so cute! Love the outfits! Love the bargains. I should take some lessons from you!
