I am still here

Wowza, there seems to be so much going on. Clearly it has been a fantastic week! I have so much to share with you! I am currently working behind the scenes at Ring Around the Rosies and reworking the way I normally do a lot of things. Including, my day-to-day schedule. I am a Mom first, then business owner and blogger follow shortly after!

I came back from Vegas totally on fire, and very pensive. However, I will have to share all about those things later… In the meantime, here are some things I have been doing when not rethinking and reworking my work flow!

I left Vegas last Sunday! Let me tell you, I had an amazing time with my Shaklee family (entire post coming later this week)! But Las Vegas is just not my type of place! I guess there is a reason they call it Sin City!

I arrived home and surprised Elizabeth while she was at her friend’s birthday party! The best part of traveling is always coming home, right! Especially to a little Princess like mine!

Her Daddy brought home this great box from work, and we have big plans for it! For now, she’s happy with it as is – crooked windows and all! As you can see from her mess! She has a little doll bed in there, and I am constantly finding her changing baby diapers – with wipes and all! She is such a good little mommy! Makes my heart happy to think she’s learned by example.

We are enjoying the last little bit of summer! This has been the hottest summer in Tennessee’s history, and we really haven’t gotten to enjoy as much as we would have liked, but we have grilled almost every meal this week! To include marinated chicken we made into delicious taco salads! (don’t worry, I’ll share the recipe)!

Sunday we attended church with my grandmother, aunts, and uncle! They served a delicious Southern Church Supper afterwards! There is nothing quite like it. Then my aunt took her outside to walk around and she picked up loose flowers off the ground at he cemetery and made a “flower tree”! And let me tell ya, I’ve never seen someone so excited over a flower tree! She was hysterical! (oh, and I curled her hair for the first time that morning, too! My mama would have loved it! I used the same curling iron she used on mine for 23 years)

And when I haven’t been chasing her around, or running errands I have been working! My Shaklee team is literally exploding, so I have been happily helping them!
