If you follow me on facebook, you saw me post this Saturday night! And I had a lot of comments and requests for the recipe, and since I am a people pleaser, here ya go!
This is my Great Aunt Doris’ Recipe
Now, I didn’t have pimentos (and don’t really care for them, personally) so I left them out, and I mixed the pecans in with the mixture instead of rolling the ball in them to ensure the snowman was smooth! I also only used 1.5 packs of cream cheese and then I melted the other half of the pack and frosted the snowman! Then I decorated it!!!
That looks really cute, i will try this sometime.
