your breath smells when you wake up in the middle of the night.
you scrunch up your nose when you’re excited or frustrated. And the huffy thing you do.
you giggle & smile so big when I come in to rescue you from your crib in the mornings.
you rub my necklace between your fingers while you’re falling asleep. My Mama (BB) gave me that necklace.
you smell lathered in Johnson’s Baby Lotion. And in the bed time lotion too.
your li’l head fits perfectly into the bend of my left arm.
your right leg has one more “roll” than your left leg. I could eat your li’l fat legs up.
that you got my legs. And BB’s legs. They’re much cuter on you than they are on us.
you’ve had bright blue eyes since the moment I saw you. You are always alert and focused. They are almost the same color as BB’s eyes were. Daddy & I both have green eyes, so you must’ve gotten them from her.
you always want me. I hope you always trust me and want me the way you do now.
you are starting to get around. Watching you develop is amazing. Every day is something different. You’re slowly letting go of things and trying to stand and walk on your own.
